What we do: We’ve seen too many go-lives where a supplier disappears after the screens go up. When there’s issues, nobody answers the phone and the team is left managing something they were never properly shown. Meanwhile, service suffers and revenue walks out the door.

That’s not how we work. Our engineers are multi-skilled, which means fewer contractors on site, fewer handoffs and fewer opportunities for things to fall through the cracks. We handle the full journey: logistics, technical survey, installation, testing and post-installation support. We stay present during go-live. If something isn’t right, we fix it then and there.
