What it is: Network support is about having an unbreakable connection, whether your customers are ordering at a kiosk, paying at a till or connecting to guest WiFi, that doesn’t let you down during a busy service.

What we do: We handle everything from physical cabling and network setup through to 4G and 5G cellular solutions with failover,  so if one connection drops, another takes over automatically. No more queue backing up at the till while someone reboots a router.

We also work directly with your client’s IT team when needed. Caterers operating in corporate or public sector buildings often face strict network requirements from the host organisation. We know those conversations well, and we handle them so you don’t have to.
