What we do: We believe in capturing feedback at the right time, in the right place: immediately after service, in a format that takes seconds to complete. That kind of ‘in-the-moment micro-feedback’ is honest in a way that long-form rarely is. Nobody overthinks a button press, and because it is so simple, you capture the quietly satisfied majority and not just the small number of vocally dissatisfied customers, which can often distort the true feedback.
Long surveys have their place, but completion rate is normally low and drop off rate is normally high. We can deploy those for when you want to capture in-depth thoughts about seasonal menu launches, for example, alongside micro-feedback to understand what’s happening on Wednesday lunchtimes and why.
